Photos from the last Boutik YuRok shopping event (designers including Okunoren Twins & Lanre DaSilva Ajayi sold at the event) and Ituen Basi Ankara & Beads fashion show held at TerraKulture.

A mix of laid back  Lagos daytime fab and relaxed evening glam.

Some people are on point (i love that blue sleeveless gingham dress ALOT!), some others.. . .My local Masquerade would dress better.lmao

I love the muslim ladies in the pic-i mean with the Blue gown and the lady with lemon just at her back..i love dresserrrrrs..religion doesnt mean you cant be fly..i mean show some swagga,so that people will envy what you do..u know..winks

No blinding of eyes with their too bright clothes, no multicolor with their skin due to bleaching, and no hideous wigs, wow, I’m impressed. Nigerian women are definitely stepping up with their fashion, and I applaud them for it, keep it up. Designer or second hand(okrika), cheap or expensive, wear whatever you can afford, because at the end of the day, it is how you wear it, how it compliments your body, and saving your money instead of buying designer clothes to impress or to compete, and still looking good in whatever you have on is all that matters.

Na wa for some people! Using the relative anonymity of the internet to pursue personal agendas and so what if people are wearing fake designer things, e consain you? And if I— is selling good fakes in her toilet in Hampstead nko, how does that affect the price of garri in the market? Abeg people focus on yourselves, stop trying to “expose” people, it’s not a paying job.
