Is the Forever21 event officially run/endorsed by Forever21 or it’s just another Nigerian gimmick?
I mean why will Forever 21 be selling their clothes in the same location as Remy hair? Doesn’t sound authentic to Forever 21.

you might as well have deleted both..cos this one looks misplaced and does not represent what i said.
I dont see anything wrong with my now deleted comment..As part of the public that this “forever 21″ is targeting (maybe not) , but as i have been exposed to their advert, i have a right to ask questions.
what i said was that (and adding more thoughts)… i doubt if this is the real forever 21, i googled it and didnt come across any news results about forever 21 having a presence Nigeria. I also said, its probably the brainchild of a “business savvy” Nigeria girl..and i hope she does not get sued for copyright/trademark infringement..because she is using their logo and what she is doing is just buying their baffs and selling it in naija..I also said at least the event will give them lagos bigz gels opportunity to go out, “baff up” and take picture…. and then i went on to post a follow up comment stating: “but then i could be wrong…maybe F21 knows about it”

obviously a gimmick..the organisers of the event are deceitful as fas as i am concerned.Why would they say forever 21 brand is now in lagos when what they are doing is re-selling.Its different if they had said we are stocking up on forever 21 merchandise.Its a brilliant idea but at least be truthful about it,i sure as heck wont patronize them!Bella please be checking the credibility of these things before you post them on here.

It’s not even that great in America as well. They just copy other designers and use horrible quality fabric. What’s more? They are constantly being sued for copyright infringements. I mean, who gets sued over 50 times and still doesn’t quit copying?
I think its a one day event…the ad states ‘TODAY’. F21 launches in Lagos big deal, they are not special anyways.
lol! I have to agree with you. i didn’t buy any outfit the last time I went there. But they do have some nice, inexpensive jewelries!! I like that.
I hope it’s true but I doubt it. wikipedia lists the countries Forever 21 stores are opened in… http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forever_21. So yeah I don’t think it’s true.

That is fantastic…I hope they open up a proper outlet.
I would like to comment that the Forever 21 event is a one day sale event to showcase the brand in Nigeria. There may be future plans to open a store in Nigeria but the event is an opportunity for people to shop and experience the brand.
What we’d like to know is, is this an even hosted by the REAL forever 21 brand?

POINT OF CORRECTION GUYS – THEY HAVE TWO STORES IN TORONTO, OUTSIDE EATON CENTRE (D/TOWN) & FAIRVIEW MALL. So what if ppl want to sell couple of f21 stuffs back home (buncha haters) ofcourse it’s an individual doing it (business guyz, get w/ the money making mindset y’all)
