BN Celebrity Weddings: Emeka Okonkwo & Juliet Uzondu Wed

Emeka Okonkwo is. While not technically a ‘celebrity’, Emeka (or Emmy as he popularly known) is immersed in the Nigerian music and Nollywood social scene thanks to his brother KC who is a member of the musical group – KC Presh. Celebrities on the wedding train included Ruggedman, Osita Iheme and Chinedu Ikedizie (Aki & Paw Paw), Iyanya and KC Presh. Guests included Mike Ezuruonye, P-Square, Chidi Mokeme, 2Shotz, J Martins and Julius Agwu. The couple met a few years ago and dated for a while Emmy proposed to Juliet earlier this year in a unique way – with a car. He handed her the car keys and asked her to be his wife. Very unique! The venue was the Civic Centre and wedding colours were pink and white. There was also an aquatic theme with a boat-shaped wedding cake as the groom is involved in the maritime industry. We love how the wedding is a depiction of the couple’s style and interests. Wishing them a happy marriage!

all i can say are two words…hair and suit. TERRRIBLE SUIT!!!….but the bride rocked her look. She looked stunning…not to be mean or anything, but her husband ruined half the pictures with his overshininess. it is an unspoken rule, never outshine the bride (figuratively or literally in this case) on her wedding day…chei!!!!

What a lovely and befitting couple and they deserve all the happiness this world has to offer and more. Congratulations and it looks like it was such a wonderful wedding. LOL @ Beezy re- Aki & Paw Paw, well they are entertainers of note, lol. But the wedding was beautiful and had a lot of class, well done and God bless your union. The bride is so looks so humble and pretty. Good choice. Bet the music was off da hook too. As for Mike, i think he is so cute but yes wedding bells o..time no dey wait even for am celebrities o. But lovely wedding, very very on point. well done again.
