Celebrity Takes 2 Season 2: Who will dance away with the crown?

Celebrity Takes 2 is back for a second season! This time the crop of celebrities is just as exciting…maybe even more as the first season.
Stars from the music and movie industries have been paired with experienced dancers for the competition of a lifetime.
The couples for this season are Fred Amata and Blessing Akombi; Yinka Davies and Gbenga Yusuf; Kel and Francis Edet; Zaki Azzay and Bunmi Olunloyo; Faithia Balogun and Buddy Agedah; Stella Damascus and Wale Sodade; Yemi Blaq and Funke Sodade; Obiwon and Lilian Yeri; Faze and Folake Cole; Dakore Egbuson and Edet Iso.
For the first few episodes, it will be Rhythm & Blue (Music) versus Red Hot Drama (Nollywood); one team from each camp will be voted each week. Then, it switches back to the traditional format. Viewers will get to vote for their favourite celebrities. The competition has already started and according to early indications, its going to be a very tough contest!

Seen the first two episodes and me thinks that Kel is definitely doing something wrong. She probably needs to give it up.

KEL definitely needs to loosen up, probably shed a few kgs. i like the dramatic feel that comes with Fred Amata, Obiwon has an edge cos he dances already!

I’m spoilt for choice, don’t know who to root for.
lol, see that Yemi guy and the lady’s picture, they look so funny, the lady is like holding on for dear life hoping she does not get dropped, while the yemi guy looks like he’s carrying a heavy weight. I having dance partners is all about having trust in your partner, that pic does not show me that, it does not look effortless, it looks like its taking all the effort. i hope this is just a pic but the real dance looks better…
im not able to watch the show where i am, but who i would be rooting for just because i like them is dakore.

wow the show is on dstv,AIT,and silverbird stella is reali a good contender,even yemi blaq is good.but zakki and kel have to lossen up they are quite stfif dancers.even as old as fred amata is,he is also doing well.nice show

I devotedly followed Season 1 of this show and I must say I was VERY impressed! Most of the celebs may be stiff dancers now but you’d be suprised how much they’ll improve as the weeks go by. Already watched 2 episodes of this Season and Stella/Wale are my best dancers already. Let’s just hope the fans vote based on the dances and not the celebrities’ popularity like last time…

Yemi Blaq Yemi Blaq Yemi Blaq. He had the highest score last week. That guy is simply scrumptious and he can dance too!!!
Stella comes in second, then Dakore. Fred Amata is the comic relief.

Faitia Balogun has been improving consistently and i think that is what the judges should be looking out for.
To me i think stella is originally a dancer and should not be judge on the same pace with someone like faithia.
