ARISE, Africa’s Global Style & Culture Magazine has just released its April 2010 Issue. This is the 9th issue from ARISE and it doesn’t disappoint. The issue covers the recent ARISE Fashion Show held in New York and the ThisDay Awards held in Abuja. They also catch up with international stars – Ciara, Common and Don Cheadle.  Like the cover – while the last issue was all about the fierce afro look, this is more earthy yet modern. Really wish they would feature more African designers’ pieces in their spreads. Other than that ARISE continues to remains consistent.
