The Elite Model Look competition gives the agencies’ managers the opportunity to evaluate their contestants and give them a chance to launch successful careers as professional models.

This year auditions would be held on Saturday July 10th 2010 at REHAB Pool lounge 288b Ajose Adeogun Street, Victoria Island Lagos. The finalists will be chosen from the open auditions by Elite representatives from Paris.

Throughout the years, the Elite Model Look contest has offered many young girls a chance to start a career of international model at the highest level. From the 60 finalists, 16 are chosen by the jury to participate at the Elite Model Look Nigeria finale.

Selected contestants will be accommodated in September for a week of intensive grooming. This training will cover all the professional aspects of modeling.

The 16 finalists will experience and undergo fitness training, makeovers, nutrition lectures, professional photo sessions as well as a run through of the event.

Elite Model Look Nigeria finale would be held in Lagos in September 2010. The Elite Model Look International finale will be broadcast in over 80 countries as over 80 contestants are selected for the world finale.

From a rigorous selection progress, at least one contestant in each country is selected in the international Final with $325,000 of modeling contract at stake. In Nigeria, Elite Model Look is organized in collaboration with Beth Model Management.

  • Must be ready to travel abroad

    @ Jess..Most supermodels today started at age 13 or so.Naomi Campbell started at the age of 14. I picked up my form on monday. Wish me luck.

    16 is the average age of a Paris model. 14 is not bad. I’m loving the way Annette’s career is going.

    Are the girls really working internationally? Is it possible to know the work they have done. 18 seems the new age for modelling. 14 is too young in my opinion.

    I’m actually 26, but I can pass for a 16yr old! I av always aspired to b a model but just never got d right channel. Is there any provision for people like me ‘cos d last thing I will do is to lie abt my age. I actually av all it takes to b a fashion model, I’m not sure if it wld go for a runway model ‘cos I’m 5ft9in tall. I will appreciate +ve responses. Thanx!

    hw is annete career going? she ddidnt get signd wit elite, it was just tracy. u just go for the world competition and if they like u, they sign u! and tracy is d only one doing well cos she was signd! annete just models in nigeria.

    Annete is in Newyork now. If you dont make it at the finals the agency would get you other agencies to sign u up. Its a competition.U have to be top 15 to get a contract. Its just like the most beautiful girl competion only agbani made it big…cause she won.

    i am 28 and i want to be a runway model but u stated 14-21 supra, so what do i do? as in, is there no provision for people my age. Thanks.
