Who Is…POPE

He likes to be called Pope. To symbolize in his words, being the father of a new era for Nigerian Hip-Hop. This once, it just might be difficult to reconcile the name and the face with the music. His first single, “Enjoy” has had so much airplay on Nigerian radio, you can hardly miss it. Its Afrobeat vibe, laced with seemlessly infused vocals from Fela himself, brings something different to the table.
