Weird MC releases new tracks ‘Jehovah’ and ‘Don’t Stop’ from her forthcoming album ‘Broken Silence’

Weird MC is back in the limelight as she gets ready to release her new album – ‘Broken Silence‘. The bestselling rapper, songwriter, performer and entrepreneur has been working on her third studio album for years and recently premiered two new singles ‘Jehovah (Da Paper Song)’ and ‘Don’t Stop (Se Were)’. The singles feature Switch and Dr Pat respectively; and were produced by Legendary Beatz.

Weird MC’s label is called 0907 – named after her birth day July 9. ‘She’s spent over 18 years in the game, sold over 10 million albums and won hundreds of awards across the continent. She has inspired dozens of female acts and stayed relevant despite all odds. Earlier singles from the album ‘Broken Silence’ include ‘Riranwo’, ‘Step up’ and ‘Happy Day’. The album is scheduled for a late 2010 release.
