Grey Goose Vodka hosts “A Toast to Taste” – The Valentine Experience

Grey Goose, “The World’s Best Tasting Vodka” hosted 15 couples to an amazing Valentine’s experience on the 14th of February 2011, tagged “A Toast to Taste”
The night was filled with romance, cocktails, music, a four course dinner and more…a night that will not be so quickly forgotten.
Grey Goose Vodka is a leading Vodka brand in Nigeria, and on Valentine’s Day, the select 15 couples came face to face with the brand in an exclusive event, which was nothing short of a romantic getaway.
On the morning of the 14th, invited couples were given only a roadmap and the address to a beautiful private home tucked away in an idyllic section of Ikoyi, with no idea what was in store for them.
Host for the evening was Big Brother Africa winner, Uti Nwachukwu, and as the couples arrived they were serenaded by a string quartet playing slow jazz music and classic love ballads, setting the tone for the evening. The couples mingled and enjoyed the music, while nibbling on delicious hors d’oeuvres and hand crafted chocolate truffles.
Exquisite Grey Goose Vodka cocktails were prepared with his usual flair and dexterity by Reeds‘ most popular mixologist using only fresh fruit juices with lovely garnishes.
Next on the agenda was a humorous cocktail mixology contest where 5 of the male guests were invited to create a romantic cocktail that they felt best described their partner. It was a truly extraordinary event and the women enjoyed the loving attention on display.
Dinner was a cosy affair at the upscale Reeds restaurant and lounge, which specializes in Thai cuisine situated in Ikoyi. The guests enjoyed a sumptuous 4 course dinner accompanied by a passionate live performance from upcoming R&B performer Bez.
As the stylish event drew to a close, the guests were presented with Grey Goose gift bags containing Grey Goose luxury items and merchandise.
This event was ‘creative and unique’ and will remain in the memories of the 15 couples that enjoyed a beautiful love affair with Grey Goose.
