Loving You… :Rotimi Leigh & Dennis Iweze Wed
Posted on Tuesday, May 10th, 2011 at 9:34 PMBy BellaNaija.com
Love, Patience, Kindness and Commitment; these are the virtues that Rotimi Leigh and Dennis Iweze built their relationship on. Rotimi and Dennis met at a gym where they both regularly visited to exercise after work. The couple’s relationship developed from “hellos” at the gym and grew from there…With a shared love of the law and our beloved country, Rotimi – a lawyer and Dennis – a Military Professional fell in love and their love led them to commit to spend their lives together.
In January 2011, Rotimi and Dennis said “I Do” in Lagos. It was a joyous day dedicated to the celebration of true love as the couple solemnized their relationship. Rotimi walked down the aisle proudly accompanied by her father. She was dressed in a stunning embellished strapless wedding dress which she paired with a lace shrug for the church ceremony. Her side-parted hair and diamond accessories complemented her elegant bridal look. Her groom, Dennis wad dapper in his black tuxedo paired with a sleek bow-tie. Everyone smiled and clapped with glee as Rotimi and Dennis were announced as husband and wife.
It was a continuation of the celebration which started at the Rotimi and Dennis’ traditional engagement which took place on the 27th of January 2011. At their traditional engagement ceremony, the couple’s relationship was formalized in the traditional way amidst the lush pink flowers and twinkling silver lights.
After their church blessing, Rotimi and Dennis were dazzled as they stepped into the Zinnia Hall of the Eko Hotel in Lagos, the space had been transformed into a stunning yellow and white paradise. Smiles filled the hall as the couple’s friends and family enjoyed this blessed day. Rotimi and Dennis’ love was apparent as they shared tender moments on the dance floor spiced with kisses. It was a beautiful day!
BN wishes Rotimi and Dennis a happy and blessed union. May God bless and guide every step and fill each day with true love and joy.

lovely……
First wedding that I have seen without Aso Ebi.
So true…..the aso-ebi era should stop abeg
I’m so tired of the aso ebi thing. Planning my sisters wedding and the war is hott. she wants everything purple. I dont get this thing of making people wear the same colour at an event. There is beauty in having loads of colours out there. This is the most beautiful wedding I’ve seen on BN!!!
Lovely wedding. I wish the couple the very best. I loved the two caked, thought the engagement cake is so pretty.

Gorgeous Bride and groom, Gorgeous wedding ,God bless una jaare
awwww, i think she was my senior in QC
Yep she was 96 set
I love the wedding planner,a great job wel done, kudos and not to forget the photographer, wonderful eye u’ve got there and the happy people made the event colourful and did I forget to mention the couple…three words,so in love!
very nice
Really lovely. God bless their union. If she is pregnant she certainly is the finest pregnant bride i have seen.
Pretty couple! Love the “love” I see in the pics…takes me back to my wedding day not too long ago.
Gorgeous decor and pretty bride. Also a handsome and well groomed groom.
Lovely and classy wedding, not overcrowded. Nice venue
It all makes for a stellar job for the photographer!
Her dad looks mixed abi half-caste or even 1/4 caste as they say in naija
Also out of curiosity, since groom is a military professional, any idea why no military uniform, and is it standard for military colleagues to raise the swords.
I’m not familiar with how it works in Nigeria…thanks!!
Love the wedding all the same!
one word- wow… beautiful wedding, beautiful couple, beautiful people.. all the best to the couple!
beautiful weddin..they all look gorgeous ad d colour of d decor was nice.
What a beautiful and classy wedding! Looks like they spent a lot of money too. I pray they have a happy marriage and home.
CUUUUUUUTE!
I sense a societal move toward smaller more tasteful weddings. This wedding seemed more of that ilk.
By my estimation, this wedding catered for 700 people and no more. I wonder how much it would cost to put on such an event. @say N10,000 per head, that’ll be about N7M for the catering . Right?

Lovely wedding and trad. I love how the father of the bride pointed to his new son-in-law after his dance like “you better take good care of my daughter kinda look” hahaha. I love trad weddings. I love when the man comes to beg for his wife to be by prostrating for the bride’s family…thats just tradition thru and thru……WHO’S GOING TO PROSTRATE FOR ME O…..I DON TIRE HAHAHAHAHA

I’m Jewish/Armenian. Nigerians are beautiful, talented, and nice. I LOVE, LOVE, all the traditional outfits so much that I don’t mind owning several. My friend doesn’t wear them, and she said they are expensive and a long process to own one. Please, help, I will pay and wait. Where do I buy them?
