Ego thanks for giving a voice to plateau state peeps..i schooled there for 6yrs,i knew wat peace felt like..but the massacre of women and children last year was the height of it..the pictures with women in black, was d day women and young girls too rallied to the government house, and wept their hearts out..
my friend’s father was killed in dis jos madness,he was burnt to death..part of me will always be in Jos ,i pray we find lasting peace..and the blood of those children are crying out for vengeance..

This is sad, jos used to be so peaceful and calm. My family members had to relocate because of this crisis. May God comfort those who lost their loved ones in this and I pray plateau state goes back to the calm serene state it used to be.

Loved this babe since Lagbaja days. Her voice is such a breath of fresh air…
Jos is one of the most beautiful cities in Nigeria its just very sad, well done Ego,my thoughts are with all the people who have been victims of such violence.
I love this song so much. God help Nigeria. This is just sad.
nice message but i think the song could have had a lil more life at some point or maybe its cos of the message…nice message…
The part where they put the bucket in the well, and drew out sand, broke my heart, this is such a beautiful video, and a touching song, thumbs up girls
very touching video and i wonder why the violence in Jos continues, there has been too many lives lost, i pray peace comes to that land once renowned for its beautiful weather and hospitable people.
i never new that there is a talent called ego in nigeria except now that i have seen this this video…..bellla hope u always tell this artist our comments on their work….
pls tell het that she should keep shooting her videos with this camera…..this is wonderful i believe it is a HD CAM……i do not know why our movie industry is not even using this CAM……
I think she uses a DSLR…either a Canon 7D or Canon 5D. My guess is the 5D.
this girl should continue in this manner…i believe she can join in the shoes of waje….chidimma…tiwa savage…mocheddah…eva
Ego has been here wayyyyyyyy before the likes of waje, chidinma, et al,. If u knew lagbaja then u should know Ego.
@ nich, Ego no be waje chidinma, tiwa or mochedda mate atall.
she use to be Lagbaja’s backbone (vocalist) then…so it has tayed! she left the crew to get married.
Couldnt help the tears- all these has 2 stop. if only those who go out killing will see this video. Nice job- Ego and Kemi Adetiba.

It brought tears to my eyes……. When would all dis violence stop in our Nation…. I hope our leaders are moved by the cry of the people bcos the only thing they seem to be concerned about is their Pocket…… God help Nigeria and give us rulers who are sensitive to the needs of the pple…… Nice concept Ego….

this Video makes me shiver
This is too sad. Ego and Kemi are amazing
Teary eyes… snif snif.
The first step into solving one’s problem is identifying that such a problem exists.
Untill Nigeria realizes that it not a true federation , sweep out its issues from under the carpet and find lasting solutions to them, the killing and maiming will continue.
From the pogrom of 1966, to the Jos killings, to the recent election rampage. The list is endless and the history is there for all and saundry to read.Untill these issues are addressed this giant of African will not take its rightful place among other nations.
Nice one Ego and Kemi…
I didn’t even listen to the song .. i was thinking to myself “how can a human heart be SO WICKED” ??? So speechless .. God bless her for bringing awareness to this
Madam Ego in a manner of speaking you are far from foolish.
God bless you for sitting down, thinking of the carnage in Jos, working, putting your hard earned resources together to bring this to the notice of many of us who are currently sitting behind a computer or holding a phone. I’m in the entertainment industry and I have an idea how much this would have cost in total, but you chose not to follow the path of the sexy, dance video or chasing after a commercial sound for the clubs or the shows or the corporates, rather you sat and thought to use your hard-earned resources to do this very noble deed. A lot of our leaders don’t even remember or have an action plan for the Jos killings the way your song/video has highlighted it. Thank you and I pray you find the peace of Christ in all you do and in all your life. Be blessed. Kudos to you…
…and to Kemi for capturing this and doing something totally opposite the impression of herself created in the “Tease Me” video. More “life” to your art Kemi. Thanks.
… my question is what started d jos issue? till date idk….could someone pls tell me…
so sad, yet so beautiful, this is grammy material song.
but why does our government allow these to continue to happen.
Finally we see someone who stands out because she is original. The talent has always distinguished Ego at home and beyond and she is going to go places…
wow! i realy like ego, n i love the song as wel. it will take God to change this country
Ego God bless you and continue to give you the strenght and the amazing voice. i was touched when i wathced this video you’re truly blessed with an amazing voice and thanks for sharing this message
She is definitely one of the few good female vocalists/artists in Nigeria.
tears, an dam not even nigerian, and i dont even know wot happened…
Ego’s voice is Gorgeous voice, lovely video and very beautiful song thumps up !!!
Ego has touched our hearts and I hope the hearts of our leaders. The question I ask is “what next?” How do we help Jos heal? How do we right this wrong? How do we comfort those affected? How do we stand up as ONE NIGERIA and say enough is enough as we bring an end to this senseless violence? Its easy to say “those northerners” or even, “those extremists”. But at the end of the day it is still “We NIGERIANS!!” We are better than this. We can fix this problem. But I don’t know HOW.
omg 17th of january< ma b-day, ooh GOD bless nigeria and those dat died dat sunday last year. !
Wow ego has a blessed voice!!! shes ma mentor

Good to see all these comments. I’d always thought Nigerians were all for the dance hall, club and noisy sounds we get to hear these days. Thanks guys for taking time out to encourage Ego. I pray she remains focuse, using her gift to glorify God and helping humanity. I have an idea of how much she spen,. And it’s not moimoi cash o.
