Zumba Dance Fitness is coming to the Hilton on Sundays starting on the 5th of June 2011.
Zumba is Latin/International dance-inspired aerobic fitness for everyone; great for women and men, any age, all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Thats one class that is always crowded at the gym i go to. So in order to get a spot i make sure i go to the class before it and wait for the instructor.

The Zumba class is not free. Infact, it is super expensive. Go with a bottle, a smile and a huge pocket. I’ld rather bring the party home
I called one of the numbers and the class costs N2,500.

Hello people, just to clarify some misunderstandings here. We have Zumba classes everyday here in Abuja @6pm. We have monthly packages which averages out to about N1,ooo per class! The packages are always a better deal. The class at the hilton is more expensive because its the hilton! And its going to be a PowerZumba class. Come join us for a class and see for yourself -:)

Even if you buy the dvd from amazon, its still absolutely boring doing it on your own and the chances that you will be consistent is slim….I have several workout dvds but i ditched them all to join the party and I have absolutely no regrets.
Zumba works your whole body i tell you, i have personally lost a dress size and a half with 8lbs from just one month of doing zumba so it does WORK! Plus you get to network too….#AddictedtoZumba. So pple join the party and ditch the routine!

Zumba is a lot of fun so you actually enjoy burning the calories, also a great way to switch up ur usual work out routine -if you have one already.

Zumba classes cost about $8 – $12 per class here in Denver, CO.
Zumba classes are not all that! Join a step aerobics class instead, more effective
Its $5 to drop in and $35 for 10 classes if you buy in bulk where I go to … the charge depends on the instructor/ location mostly. I guess at the Hilton paying for the space costs a lot so they want to cover that cost plus make profit on top …
If I end up going, it would be 2 make friends or possibly catch a whale. As far as I’m concerned jogging and healthy eating(not dieting) is the most effective way to shed the pounds.
Sorry not to burst your bubble…I take Zumba class out here in the states and It has been really effective…I have lost some good weight and the best part is you are loosing weight doing what you love doing …which is dancing…I love Zumba ..Any day, anytime baby…

can de open the Zumba classes in a cheaper location in Abuja? where we will not all pay for the rent everyday we go there? a venue in Maitama, Garki< Jabi or even Gwarimpa will make sense n d classes will be cheaper.. that hilton be as e get abeg, na there some babes de go find men n u want make i carry my 2,500 come dance so one man go think say na for am i de dance? Aerobics n Gyming all d way @ d dome plus d instructor is cute….

its at maitama amusement park…..its very interesting and it works……..on saturdays its at Jabi lake…….its the same amount as paying for a gym…pdo wht you enjoy that works for you as an individual
