On Friday 8th June 2012, Obi Emelonye‘s anticipated flick Last Flight to Abuja held its worldwide premiere at the Troxy, 490 Commercial Road, E1 0HX. Limehouse, London, UK. In attendance were the stars of the movie including Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, Jim Iyke and Ali Nuhu as well as Uru Eke, Alexander Amosu, Fatima Jabbe, Eleanor Nwachukwu, Lisette Mibo, Marie Gomez, friends, fans and well wishers of Obi Emelonye.

The lead actress Omotola Jalade Ekeinde surely didn’t disappoint style watchers with her outfit for the World Premiere of the movie. The Nollywood thespian opted for a grecian inspired flowy halter dress. She complimented her look with a sleek up do, chandelier diamond and black encrusted earrings, a silver and black bracelet and sexy blue and white heels and did we also mention her make-up was super fab!!!

i cant help but think still deciding to release this movie at this time (less than a week) is a bit tasteless after 163 nigerians just lost their lives in a plane crash from Abuja to Lagos! they shud have push back 2months or so.
the thing is a lot of cost involved when premiering a movieand under the current financial situation, it would not have been a good business decission. However they have dedicated the movie to the very sad incident that occur in nigeria last week. May their souls RIP. What a loss to the families and the country as a whole.

For the most part everyone looks great, I love OmoT’s dress and over all look. This makes me forgive her yeast infection inducing tight jeans/red-black ensemble of a few days ago.
This premiere and all around media buzz about this film is kinda creepy in light of the Dana crash…that was their last flight. May God bless their soul.
