The 2012 MOBO Awards show is coming up on Saturday, 3rd November, 2012 at the Echo Arena, Liverpool, UK. And, the nominees are in…

Reppin’ for Naija, D’Banj and P-Square were nominated in the “Best African Act” category amongst an array of very talented acts. Other popular African Stars – DRC’s Fally Ipupa, Angola’s Cabo Snoop, Ugandan-born Michael Kiwanuka, South Africa’s Spoek Mathambo and Kenya’s Camp Mulla also made the cut in the nominations for different categories.

On the other hand, another Nigerian-born act, Femi Temowo is nominated for “Best Jazz Act”

We can only guess which artists are going to bring it home this year since Nigeria’s very own, Wizkid won the award for Best African Act 2011, of D’Banj was also nominated last year.

    @ bay u kno na cheating if dbanj no win,so just don’t boda yourself sayin psquare,twalee to big psquare,but na dbanj deserves d award,dbanj was nominated wit 2face in 2005 or 06 he lost,he was nominated wit 9ice he lost,nominated wit wizkid 011 he lost,and now again he will lose,sorry can’t happen,@ me weda u vote or not na dbanj go win am.
