Beauty Meets Fashion! View Photos of Aesthetics Cosmetics at the Negris Lebrum Spring 2013 Collection Fashion Show in New York

We’re always super excited when young entrepreneurs are doing big things. In September 2012, Gbemisola Ogunyomi, the CEO of Aesthetics Cosmetics was announced as the official beauty provider at New York Fashion Week for The Negris Lebrum 2013 Spring Collection Fashion Show.

The New York Fashion Week has been described by Emily Ryan, Beauty and Style editor for STYLEZ4WOMEN magazine as the MECCA of the fashion and beauty industry. Fashion Week happens twice a year in the four fashion capitals of the world: New York, London, Paris, Milan and trends for the next seasons are showcased by world renowned fashion designers all week long.
The breathtaking fashion show was held at SHOP STUDIOS in New York, NY. CEO of Aesthetics Cosmetics Gbemisola Ogunyomi, worked alongside celebrity makeup artists Loretta. J of Lotus Bridal New York and Charlotte Coyle Owner of “Pretty Gorgeous” to create a very fresh, soft and simple, understated glamour look inspired by the Negris Spring 2013 Magnolia Collection, which included earth tones with collaborative pastels in yellow, purple and white.

Harold Nancy, Aveda Expert/Celebrity, Runway stylist and owner of the Gene Seezox Aveda Concept Salon in Pennsylvania was present backstage at the fashion show alongside a team of fifteen Aveda lead hair stylists who were in charge of the models gorgeous hair do’s. Emily Ryan, Executive Beauty Coordinator for STYLEZ4WOMEN magazine led a team of professional Nail Technicians to create the most amazing and trend setting spring nail color combinations using Gel Polish Color Glosses to finish the models runway looks.

The runway show started promptly at 7PM with style and beauty editors from ELLE, SEVENTEEN, VOGUE, STITCH, WOMEN’S MAGAZINE, EBONY, GETTY IMAGES, STYLEZ4WOMEN and ZAMBIO seated on both sides of the runway; cheering along as the gorgeous models cat walked across the white stage. The all white boxed chairs, bright white ceiling lights and deep purple stage lights set the scene for the ambiance just right for this amazing show.
