BN Bytes: Stephanie Linus sparkles at the Kanekalon Night of a 1000 Braids Event in Lagos – Snapshots of Brymo, Flavour & Ireti Doyle

On Saturday 10th November 2012, BN Style spotted Nollywood star, Stephanie Linus in a dazzling sequined floor length one-shoulder frock at the Kanekalon Night of a 1000 braids event, which took place at the Grand Ballroom, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The 32 year old brand ambassador for the Japanese hair extensions brand who was also wearing one the brand’s hair extensions, accessorized her dress with diamond studs, a silver clutch and strap heels. Also spotted at the event were Tinsel star, Ireti Doyle and music stars, Brymo and Flavour, who performed some of their hit tracks.

This might sound silly, but why is her surname Linus if her husband’s surname is Idahosa? Is it something common with Nigerian cutoms/law? *curious foreigner
It is not common with Nigerians. She is just vain and does not want to exchange one local name for another. Okereke for Idahosa
