Lovely. Beautiful. Gorgeous. I will definitely say rebranding was the right thing for her

    • Demmy January 2, 2013 at 2:01 AM

Love the fact that she wore trad throughout, it’s very African and creative. x

    • say the truth January 2, 2013 at 2:53 AM

Improper use of the word “rebrand.”

    • D Fairy GodSister January 2, 2013 at 3:36 AM

Love the attires!!! A clear departure from the rubbish of 2011 and 2012; perhaps your acting will experience this change too, leave the over-dramatisation and fake accent in the past years plix.

Only thing I have an issue with here is, is ‘Hausa’ a state? Why mention and portray 11 states and then have a twelfth as ‘Hausa’?

    • akero January 2, 2013 at 6:13 AM

Now this is wat I call good managment I love this

    • Timma January 2, 2013 at 6:33 AM

    • Yuddy Ella January 2, 2013 at 6:50 AM

I love this, it is the best of all the calendars and it looks more decently cute. But why yearly calendar.

    • Nma January 2, 2013 at 7:01 AM

Ehen! This is more like it Chika! Stay true to urself and celebrate ur own culture instead of others’. I also see that u listen to the public’s criticisms because i remember suggesting that u do this spread of different naija cultures. I would buy this for sure. Beautiful!

    • handsignals January 2, 2013 at 7:39 AM

      sigh!

    • chuchusweets January 2, 2013 at 8:53 AM

      Better

    • Anu January 2, 2013 at 9:43 AM

Really beautiful spread. Love everything cultural. My only complaint is there are only two depictions from the North and you really should have made an effort to tag a state to your”Hausa”attire,
which if I may point out is more Kwara state than any Hausa-speaking state. Overall good effort.

    • ff January 2, 2013 at 9:48 AM

I like…… The attires look good on her

    • Deinmodei January 2, 2013 at 10:42 AM

As a proud Bayelsan, it is my humble opinion that there was a total misrepresentation of our cultural attire. Pls I ll implore you to go back to your homework as the photo is highly misleading.

      • ijaw lady January 2, 2013 at 9:55 PM

that outfit doesnt represent Bayelsa, our traditional outfit closely resembles that of Rivers state, only longer with a stick/staff. Do your research next time

    • Gold January 2, 2013 at 10:43 AM

      Much Better!!

    • Doks January 2, 2013 at 10:50 AM

    • Retrochic January 2, 2013 at 11:36 AM

Hausa is now a state lol, i love the whole work she put into it, very creative,

    • divadidi January 2, 2013 at 11:46 AM

@isi my bros/sis i weak o….them show all the south/west/east state come put the northern state as Hausa. the fact is that nigerians are tired of the hausa…me sel i don tire 4 them i no do lie u. if there is a way to carve them out we will do it….the people don tire me. Anyways lovely concept even though i don’t really dig this girl called chika she no reach my Geny or Omosexy.

      Calendar tho :s

    • Kween January 2, 2013 at 6:21 PM

Lol at Chichi’s comment on her brothers. Chika Ike though, what many movies this year? In Nollywood? see the sum of your image this year, her Fancy Nancy store, her many movies and her acting! You forgot to add your photoshoot and calendar to your activities this year. One day you will wake up and realise you have pampered your way out of relevance. And Fancy nancy? It sounds like an 19th century bordello. Nne look that up biko.this branding is not werking, you still look like you are covering something

    • Peperempe January 2, 2013 at 7:43 PM

Chika, thank God for your life! Don’t you see how much prettier you look without all those garish costumes and make-up you used in the past editions. Looking elegant and tall..in all the pictures. I second what everyone has said…now you need to rebrand your acting. Lesson 1: It is possible to have more than 1 facial expression. Stand in front of a mirror and repeat that for as long as it takes for you to develop a second expression.

    • Sami January 3, 2013 at 7:13 AM

I dnt get the idea behind this calendar thing Abeg.

    • maimuna January 3, 2013 at 3:20 PM

      looks CHEAP!

    • NAtalkamoh January 4, 2013 at 1:17 AM

Looks great actually. I like very much.

    • TruthTeller January 8, 2013 at 11:10 AM

@divadidi I can’t ignore addressing you. It’s comments like yours that cause division and confusion. Do you realize that not all hausa’s are in support of all the Ill some or their own people are causing?stop being ignorant and watch what you write. I find that comment highly offensive. “carve them out, we will do it”, like Hausa’s are not humans anymore. who are the “we’” that’ll do it anyway? please enlighten us. How “educated” will I sound if i wrote that all igbo’s love money, are fraudulent, and their girls’re whores, we should ‘carve’ them out?or all Yoruba’s are filthy and promiscuous? let’s stop this rubbish division. It’s a nice calender , decent clothing with minimized errors this time, great effort Chika.
