She has left the “3 Live Chicks” and now media personality Toke Makinwa has revealed her new TV project, an entertainment show titled “VHS“. Toke will co-host the show with Yomi Black (You may remember him from his BN Wedding in 2012).
Though the duo is keeping the major details about their show under wraps for now, BellaNaija gathered that the show will be an entertainment news driven show. Let’s see if we are correct as details emerge.

What she is doing is working though because so many people seem to hate her and they will pay attention to whatever she does just to say they hate it.

I actually enjoyed the very first Vlog Toke did. But since then it’s become quite annoying. Toke you’re a pretty lady, you don’t need to conceal it with the fake persona that you are putting out. Toke one sincere advise on what u can do 2 spice up ur vlog: toke if u had said somethings in pidgin or yourba especially d playfully statements for example “u just came back from Dubai seton concer mi 4 inside” this would actually make people see a lighter side of you. U come across as too frigid

I appreciate Toke’s efforts in doing something other than radio, however, it is not working presently. I believe there is a fundamental problem about the person. I listen to morning drive on Rythm and Toke always sounds shallow on the programme. She always act and speak like a “dumb blonde”. She needs to train and re-train herself, first as a successful presenter (or OAP as they call themselves now), before handling other projects that her beyond her core competencies. I wish her success in her endeavors though. Dont be another Tonto Dikeh. One is already too much for us in this country.
