After the first two disappointing matches at the ongoing African Cup of Nations in South Africa, the Super Eagles of Nigeria today won the match against Ethiopia to clinch a spot in the Quarter Finals.

Two late penalties from Chelsea striker, Victor Moses put Nigeria into the quarter-finals with a 2-0 win over the Ethiopian side. In another game in Group C, Burkina Faso played a goalless draw against the defending champions, Zambia. This made Zambia crash out of the tournament as Nigeria and Burkina Faso moved on to the quarter finals.

Nigeria needed nothing but a win to advance to the next stage and they got just that. The match put a lot of people in jublilation mood across the country.

What about you? Are you happy with the outcome of the match against Ethiopia? What are your expectations from the team as they proceed to the next stage in the tournament?
