BN Pick Your Fave: Tiwa Savage, Kerry Washington & Britney Spears in Stella McCartney

Get your fashion geek hat because it’s time for another fabulous edition of BN Pick Your Fave!
Today we have 3 international style stars Tiwa Savage, Kerry Washington and Britney Spears battling it out for your favourite in a royal blue print piece by Stella McCartney.
The British design label is fast becoming one of Nigeria’s most loved design labels with BN Style spotting celebrities and socialites including Agbani Darego and Nkiru Anumudu in some of the label’s outfits.
The outfit from the label’s Pre-Fall 2012 collection is an electric royal blue charmeuse with orange, black and white floral print. It has a round neckline, long sleeves, fitted bodice and a straight skirt which falls to tea-length hem.

Kerry Washington
From mid 2012 “Scandal” and “Django Unchained” actress Kerry Washington made her mark as a leading global style star. The 36 year old American actress is one of today’s designer favourites, wearing top brands including Peter Pillotto, Louis Vuitton, Oscar de la Renta, Miu Miu and Rodarte.
In April 2012, she joined her Django Unchained cast Leonardo DiCaprio, Jamie Foxx and Christoph Waltz for the movie’s photocall at The Ritz Carlton Hotel in Cancun, Mexico, in this electric Stella McCartney Pre-Fall 2012 number.
She accessorized the outfit with a pair of beige Jimmy Choo “Cosmic” platforms and a gold bracelet. Her look was completed with wavy locks.
Britney Spears
At the premiere of Fox’s “The X Factor” Season 2 on Tuesday 11th September 2012, American pop star Britney Spears was spotted in the same outfit in Los Angeles, California, USA.
The 31 year old Baby One More Time hit maker arrived at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood all smiles in the royal blue charmeuse print number. She accessorized the outfit with a silver necklace, diamond earrings and ring and a pair of grey pumps.
Smoky eyes, a pink pout and her let down tresses completed her look.
Tiwa Savage
Nigerian music star Tiwa Savage also rocked the famous piece at Darey Art-Alade’s “Love: Like a Movie” concert on Sunday 17th February 2013 at the Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The newly engaged 33 year old chanteuse accessorized this Stella McCartney royal blue crepe paisley dress with gold earrings, a silver nose ring, a grey clutch and black pumps.
She finished her look by letting her hair down and opting for smoky eyes, stiletto nail polish and red hot lipstick.

Britney’s is too tight, doesn’t flatter her shape and the shoes are horrible. The dress is too long and too wide at the shoulder for Kerry, pus her shoes look wrong too! But Tiwa!! fab fit, proper length, perfect hair and makeup, and her shoes are the best of the lot!
I was torn between Tiwa and Kerry but Kerry’s length is a bit awkward so it’ll have to be Tiwa.

Kerry W did it for me. Her hair length was not distracting as the others. The loose fit on her makes the dress look more modern. The black shoes and silver clutch on Tiwa, not tasteful.

This lovely dress (On sale for $800 and originally over $1,600) is absolutely gorgeous. Kerry wore the longer length relaxed fit which is how the dress is to be worn. As for Tiwa and Britney, it is clear that they squeezed themselves into it! Way too tight!! The seams must have ripped on these two. The colours are stunning.. Kerry in 1st place followed by Tiwa then Britney.
