Mike Adenuga Rewards the Super Eagles with $1 Million & Stephen Keshi with $200,000 for Winning the AFCON 2013

Nigerian billionaire and business mogul, Mike Adenuga, the CEO of Globacom on Sunday night rewarded the Super Eagles of Nigeria with a $1million for winning the just concluded African Cup of Nations in South Africa. He also rewarded the former Super Eagles coach Stephen Keshi with $200,000 with an assurance that he will take over payment of his salary from March 2013.

However, Keshi announced his resignation as coach the day after Adenuga made these announcements.

Previously, another billionaire business mogul Aliko Dangote had given the Super Eagles N130million after they qualified for the finals of the tournament.

The team will arrive Nigeria today where they will be received by the President and the Federal Government’s package for them will be unveiled.
