Calling On African Filmmakers to Showcase Their Talent! Enter the 2014 MTN Afrinolly Short Film Competition Today

Do you remember all those amazing creative short films that were part of the entries for the MTN Afrinolly Short Film Competition last year? {click here to refresh your memory} Well, here’s a chance for you as a filmmaker to showcase your creativity to the world.

The MTN Afrinolly Short Film competition is back and the entries are in two categories “Short Movie” and “Documentary”. So hurry now because entries are open from the 1st of September to the 30th of November.

The prizes will be awarded to the top 3 in each of the categories.

Short Movie Category

1st Prize: $25,000
2nd Prize: $10,000
3rd Prize: $5,000

Documentary Category

1st Prize: $25,000
2nd Prize: $10,000
3rd Prize: $5,000

International judges Shortlist Finalists will be chosen between December 1, 2013 – December 20, 2013. Online public voting will be from  January 3, 2014 – January 17, 2014 and the final results will be released on January 20, 2014.
