BN Video Premiere: M.Anifest – Over & Under

Before his highly anticipated EP, “Apae” drops, Ghana’s premier MC, M.Anifest decided to go “Over & Under” to get us beautiful visual experience for his new single.

Directed by Rodney Quarcoo of RQV Photos and edited by LOVECINÉ FILMS, here’s what M.Anifest had to say about the new video:

“I can’t even swim properly so I don’t know how I let Rodney convince me to rap under water; which I discovered too late was almost impossible to do without swallowing a whole river’s worth of water. I’m glad I did it. It was a beautiful challenge and the process somewhat epitomizes what the song itself is about; experiencing many valleys and peaks. I wrote “Over and Under” for catharsis to battle a depressed artist state I found myself in while recording the last album. Budo made that menacingly beautiful beat. Hope you enjoy this departure from the norm.”
