Yale University’s YAAPD Presents its 4th Annual African Youth Empowerment Conference | April 10th-11th 2015
The Yale Undergraduate Association for African Peace and Development (YAAPD) is holding its Fourth Annual Sankofa54: African Youth Empowerment Conference.
The theme for this year’s conference is The Next Chapter: Africa in the Global Context.
YAAPD was founded three years ago to empower college-aged youth interested in Africa to apply their academic and social interests to the progress of the continent.
Each year, YAAPD hosts the Sankofa54 conference, a two-day event that aims to provide students with the necessary tools, networks, and mentor relationships needed to effect change.
