Calling all Shakespeare Lovers! The ‘Hamlet Globe to Globe’ Tour is Coming to Lagos | March 4th 2015

Are you a fan of Shakespeare? Then this is for you! The Hamlet Globe to Globe tour is coming to Lagos.

The tour opened at Shakespeare’s Globe, London, on Thursday, April 23rd 2014, the 450th anniversary of Shakespeare’s birth, and is scheduled to tour every country in the world over a span of 2 years.

So far, the tour has been performed in almost 80 countries across the Americas, Europe and Africa to over 70,000 people.

Directed by the Globe’s Artistic Director, Dominic Dromgoole, this UK theatre production is presenting Nigerian actor, Ladi Emeruwa, in the shared role of Hamlet, together with an eclectic international cast and crew of seventeen.
