Here’s a breakdown:

    1. Powder brush: This brush comes in different shapes and is used to apply powder in circular motions around the face.
    2. Blush brush: They come in different shapes and sizes. Blush brushes are used to apply blush to the apples of the cheeks and the hairline.
    3. Foundation brush: This brush comes in different sizes and shapes and is used to apply foundation to the face.
    4. Contour brush: These brushes come in an angular shape and a rounded shape. The angled brush is used to apply contour back and forth under the cheek bone, while the rounded contour brush is used in a circular motion under the cheek bone.

    6. Flat Eyeshadow brush : Also called the eyeshadow brush, the flat eyelid brush is used to apply colours right under your eyebrows or to set the concealer used.
    7. Crease/Blending brush: This brush comes in different designs. If your crease is wide, you would need to get a wider/fuller brush. It is mainly used to apply colours in circular motions on your eye crease.
    8. Mascara wand: This is also called a spoolie. It is used to brush your eyebrows into place before using an eyebrow pencil or concealer.
    9. The Flat Angled brush: This brush can be used to define your eyebrows and can either come with a mascara wand or alone. It is used to apply concealer under and above your eyebrow, and also to fill in your brows if you’re working with a brow powder.
    10. Lip brush: You may think you don’t need a lip brush, but it is great for hygiene purposes and to blend your lipstick and lip liner together.
