Say hello to Kiki Kamanu‘s “Kamanu Sutra” collection!
The designer showcased yesterday at the last day of Heineken Lagos Fashion & Design Week 2015 with a Spring/Summer 2016 collection that took everyone by surprise, especially when Denrele Edun hit the runway.
The collection, which showcased pieces for men, women and kids, was true to Kiki’s style with laid back pieces. The essence of the collection however is seen in the inscriptions on the pieces. You’ll find words like ‘#IAmMalala’, ‘#NoOneDoesItBetter’, ‘Something Different from Lagos’, ‘Lagos’, ‘Mushin’. ‘Paris’ and more!
Denrele’s strut was quite the surprise. He showcased 2 outfits, and had people clapping and cheering him on as he walked the runway in heels!
