Big Brother Africa’s Kevin Chuwang Pam & Elizabeth Gupta tie the knot in Abuja

As you expect, BN Weddings will be bringing you a comprehensive feature on Kevin Chuwang Pam and Elizabeth “Liz” Gupta‘s wedding. In the interim, here is an overview of Kevin & Liz’s remarkable love story and a glimpse of their wedding photos from family and friends.

How Kevin & Liz Met
The couple met in 2009 while they were both housemates in the Big Brother Africa Revolution house.
During the show, Kevin developed a crush on Liz, though nothing concrete happened while the show was on, the love between the Nigerian rapper and the Tanzanian actress blossomed after the Big Brother Africa show ended.

The Proposal
Kevin proposed to Liz on stage at an event in Port Harcourt, Nigeria in August 2010.

The Traditional Wedding
On the 30th of December 2010 and the 2nd of January 2011, the couple completed their traditional wedding rites and ceremonies in Tanzania.

The White Wedding
On Saturday, 26th February 2011, Kevin and Liz solemnized their love during a ceremony in Abuja. After the religious blessings, the wedding proceeded to the International Conference Centre Hall for the grand reception.
Liz was a beautiful modern bride in her embellished halter neck fishtail wedding dress. The silhouette of the dress accentuated her svelte figure, Liz completed her look with a birdcage veil. Kevin did something less conventional. The groom looked handsome in a black kaftan with white embroidery. We totally love that the couple did things their own way and both looked great!
