Who is… Aisha
Aisha is a former plus size model, and was the first runner up for Big and Beautiful Africa 2007/2008 while in Lagos. Shortly after her return to Nigeria from her studies in the United States she recorded songs with Dr SID of Mo’ Hits. She also had a brief stint as back-up singer for Majek Fashek at the This Day Music Festival.
She takes the R&B/Soul route with her debut effort – Make Love. While it can be an acquired taste at first listen, the maturity of the sound is quite endearing to the discerning ear.
