Exquisite Magazine hosts “Partying Against Cancer” Event & releases new “Body Issue” featuring Goldie
Exquisite Magazine has just released a brand new issue of their long-running magazine. The new issue is tagged the “Body Issue” and features Nigerian musician Goldie on the cover. Various articles in this issue cover the different facets of the theme including a guide to various body shapes and lots more.
In July 2011, Exquisite Magazine will be hosting their annual fashion party to raise awareness for cancer. All the details on the event are below;
The Exquisite Fashion Party is an event which is held to create more awareness for Cervical Cancer and also provide free screening for women. It is tagged “Partying Against Cancer“.
The idea extends to all women and men seeking a more exciting life around fashion, beauty, body and mind as well as enriching one’s social life.
Activities include fashion shows featuring latest collections from Imol designs, Qubraz, Fashion for Life, House of Jola and more. Friends networking and cocktails.
The emphasis is on a day of fun around the fashion and beauty industry. Exquisite uses its print magazine as a valuable extra in showcasing stylish work and new trends on the market.
The event is being held to support Women who wish to be screened for Cervical cancer and not able to afford to, also increasing the awareness for Cancer, possible preventative methods and more.
On the 24th of July 2011 at the Four points by Sheraton Hotel, Ladies will be encouraged to sign up for the free cervical screening which will be held on the day. Also, Dr Matilda Kerry (MBGN 2000) will be speaking about Cervical Cancer and conducting the screening.
