He has decades of experience in project finance; corporate law, energy and natural resources law, telecommunications and aviation law. He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria (since June 1980) and an Attorney-at-law of the Supreme Court of New York State (since November 1983), as well as a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the American Bar Society of International Law.
