The Company
7days a week and approximately 20 hours/day, Bluloft’s President and Creative Director, Roseline Ogunlade-Donald along with the company’s crew of stylists, buyers, sales rep and logistics specialists work vigorously to source ahhhhmazing apparel, shoes, accessories, and beauty products from designers across USA and Europe to Nigerians via their website – www.bluloft.com. Weeks after the launch of their website, fans have swamped their Facebook page at www.facebook.com/bluloft to get style tips and score fashion goodies.

The fact that we carry Burberry, Michael Kors, 7 for all mankind, Stella McCartney, Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Versace, Jeffery Campbell, J. Crew, Banana Republic, H&M, The GAP, ASOS, Ann Taylor, F21, ZARA, The GAP and Chanel (to name a few) doesn’t mean that all their products are fashionably perfect” says Roseline, “we still have to make sure that each item is spot-on when it comes to style, design, fabric, color, texture, silhouette, smell (in the case of fragrance) and the appeal factor without any room for error. Every single fashion piece has to appeal to our target customer

The Sister Company
In addition to having a website where people can shop and pay for merchandise using Nigerian debit cards and Naira MasterCard, the company has a department that solely works with fashion stylists who prep celebrities and non-celebrities for social and formal events by providing fashion apparel, accessories and styling resources either as rentals or full purchase.

Lots of people style themselves by imitating what they’ve seen on-screen or in magazines. Unfortunately, direct imitation doesn’t always work because of the difference in silhouette, fabric type, color palette, skin tone, make-up and hair and these are just a few things one has to consider when styling. Personally, I love contemporary, really clean edgy styles that have a chic and sexy look but we’ve definitely gone across the spectrum, styling folks in gothic, bohemian and romantic fashion pieces that have won my contemporary preference. A lot of work goes into striking a perfect balance with an apparel, accessories, hair and make-up without going outrageously over the top or looking completely under-stated for an event. We provide everything needed and work with stylists to accomplish that perfect look for both celebrities and non-celebs

Bluloft recently collaborated with Nigeria’s WOW! Magazine to give readers a monthly style book. Their first lookbook is now in the September edition of the magazine where readers can get more information on who to wear, what to wear and how to wear.

Our entire organization is obsessed with fashion and customer satisfaction” says Roseline, “and every action is treated as a singular work of art. From ensuring that we pick the perfect inventory from designers, to logistics and timely delivery of customer orders and making sure every stylist, celebrity and non-celebrity is wowed with the look we’ve created, we make sure that that every detail is not overlooked. After all that’s why we are in business. In fact, that’s the way to run a business and in my opinion, anything less is mediocre!

What’s Next?
The company is currently working with high-end African designers for inventory sales
