2012 Arise Magazine Fashion Week: Tsemaye Binitie

This collection by Tsemaye Binitie was a seamless chapter 2 to the chapter 1 that was presented at the ARISE Made in Africa – Spring 2012 in New York, so much so that a piece from that collection was also included in this one.

The colour palette remained the same – black, white, pink and a surprise pop of royal purple, so did the silhouette. We loved the introduction of new textures including leather which added edge to the sweetness of the collection.

Tsemaye remains one of the most promising new talents on the Afropolitan design scene, we look forward to seeing him in New York.
