Happy Mother’s Day!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful mothers around the world.

Most mothers, despite what their kids may say did do a good job! And mine is no exception. For all the many times you scolded me, punished me, taught me important life lessons, I want to say a big thank you! I am so proud of you. I wouldn’t have been half the woman I am today without your love and support.

Your sacrifices, your worries, your care, your love is fondly remembered on this special day.

You made me laugh, even when you had tears in your eyes. You taught me to be strong, taught me how to pray, how to believe, how to hope and have faith.

It’s funny how sometimes now I feel the need to protect you, to shield you from life’s problems, to care for you just like you cared for me.

I know I could never match up, could never repay you, but I want to tell you that I love you.

As we celebrate mother’s today, let’s bring back some fond memories.

What special message do you have for your mother on this special day? What are your fondest memories about your mother? What is the best advice your mother has ever given to you? How did your kids and family celebrate you (mum) today?

Let’s share!
