When budding Nigerian R&B/Pop crooner Dipp officially made his debut in the Nigerian music industry in 2005 with his hit single Dangerous featuring M.I. Abaga, music lovers around the nation couldn’t help but love the track and ask who the new kid on the block was.

7 years on and many other hit tracks including Ko Soro Nbe featuring the late Dagrin, Pop off Selecta and Fly Away, the r&b/pop star who has been dubbed by many as the Nigerian Usher for his electrifying videos, has exclusively revealed to BellaNaija.com that he will release a new single on Thursday 12th July 2012 under the umbrella of Phoenix Records.

According to his rep, Dipp promises to wow us with a new sound, look and character this year. For the sound department, we wait in anticipation and for the look part Dipp didn’t keep his female fans waiting too long as he has released his new promo shots, so ladies, get ready to feast your eyes on the Nigerian R&B/Pop eye candy Dipp!
