The Naked Convos & First Bank Nigeria present “The Writer 2013” An Online Reality Blogging Competition
TheNakedConvos, winner of the best group and relationship blog awards at the Nigerian Blog Awards 2012 and multiple nominee at other local and international blog awards such as The Black Weblog Awards, has come together with First Bank Nigeria Plc to bring you something innovative and exciting.
Come this Sunday 10th March 2013, the second edition of the much anticipated online reality blogging competition – The Writer 2013 will take place!
Last year, 10 wordsmiths were chosen from over two thousand entries across West Africa. The 10 finalists went through rigorous timelines and exciting weekly themes pushing out posts for members of the public, as well as carefully selected judges to vote on and in order to stay in the competition. After 10 weeks, the crowd and judges favourite @Kiah_ emerged as the winner of The Writer competition 2012 and went home with prize money of $1000.
It’s time again, 10 finalists have emerged after a careful screening process of over four thousand entries from all over Africa. The venue is www.thewriter.thenakedconvos.com. The prize money this year is as follows:
First – $1000
Second – $750
Third – $500
