Hot or Not? See Media Personality Toolz’s Embellished Frock

Hey BellaNaija Style Watchers, it’s time for another edition of Hot or Not?!

Today, we have the beautiful media personality Toolz. To host another episode of Glo X-Factor, she rocked a stunning embellished royal blue dress.

The frock which features a sexy cut on the back and an alluring train, was styled with silver drop earrings and a gold ring. Smokey eyes, neutral lipstick and wavy locks completed the look.

Toolz is giving us the much needed va-va-voom effect in the dress and will have been perfect to see it on the red carpet.
