Welcome to “#WorkFlow”, a weekly column where I give you all the juiciest ‘gist’ of what’s been going on in the industry, especially some reports we missed during the week. That is, the ‘news’ news and the ‘not-so-news’ news.

I’ve been poring through the comments to try to make a better #WorkFlow for you guys but I couldn’t help but notice a recurring accusation I receive – “Onos, you like girls too much”. I am but a man… and I am unapologetic for my taste in women. 😀 As such, this week, #WorkFlow is going to be themed around the intelligent ladies I may or may not have crushes on. Let’s find out what they’ve been up to.

Yes, the accusation is true. I have the tiniest of crushes on Beverly Naya…

…but who doesn’t? The rising Nigerian actress, in this year alone, has been spotted shooting movies in South Africa and the US as well as having regular features in the box office. She’s definitely on her grind and guess who she bumped into while she was out shooting another movie in the US – American Rap star, Jim Jones.

This cute natural-haired songstress, Adaku, has a wonderful voice and a beautiful, quirky approach to her music. But, right now, what has got me tripping is her super Afro locks. I’m a guy and I don’t know anything about hair but check this.

She’s a host on Glam Report TV and a beloved On-Air Personality on the Beat FM, Fade Ogunro has got (with lack of a better word to say) swag. From B-boy looks to looking stunning in a dress to the recent Mary J Blige concert. Fade has a piece of my heart.

In other news, Dami is still out in the UK and she’ll be at the Miss Ghana UK beauty pageant tonight. For me, she’s already won the crown. Yeah, I know she’s not Ghanaian.

Don’t ask… I’ll tell. This tiny short small petite beauty, Kemi SsmallzZ has one of those faces that are easy to remember. You might remember her as a finalist from this year’s MTV VJ Search but this hardly-find-her-in-a-dress almost-tomboy who almost always wears black is now an On-Air Personality at City 105.1 FM. Check this!

I think I saw Wizkid looking like this in a new photo. Now, we know where he got the idea from.

I have a humongous crush on Yvonne Okoro. I can’t help it. I’ve tried Yvonne Nelson therapy to get over her but it didn’t work. I think she’s cool and beautiful and all but after scouring through her Instagram page, I found that I didn’t want her waist. 😐

Yvonne Okoro was recently made the ambassador for PZ Cussons and was at a video shoot for a TV commercial with them today. Money’s in the bank! Check out what the Nigerian-Ghanaian actress wore to the shoot.

Next on the list, in no particular order, is Rap femcee and beauty queen, Munachi Abii. There are just some people that you can’t help but fall in love have a crush on and Muna is definitely one of them. Sometimes she has no reason to look absolutely fabulous but she always does… and makes it look like she isn’t even trying. The model-esque TV presenter, Eku Edewor makes my heart skip a few beats every once in a while – whether she’s looking chic in a traditional attire at a wedding today or just going out for a drink.

Now, this may surprise you but when you have a crush on someone, you can’t help but seem like a stalker, especially when you’re a blogger and information is right there at your finger tips.

Number 10 on my list today is definitely not the least because she’s a ten. She’s a model who goes by the name Seyi Adetayo and I found her on the posters of a certain online retail store in Nigeria, may be you’ll recognize her.
