Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Africa 2013: Duaba Serwa presents “Sans Titre”
First of all, let me start by saying Duaba Serwa is an amazing designer. Her showcase at the 2013 Mercedes-Benz fashion Week Africa was nothing less than the next level in her career as a great designer and BN Style was live to catch it.
Her show started with International model Milen Magese standing on a platform wearing a beautiful Duaba Dress . It had a bronze stiff bodace with a navy blue bottom that flowed over the platform giving her an beautiful silhouette and height. As she stood there, looking very regal, other models with beautiful dresses made with dazzling fabrics with sequins, smocked spandex, batik and leather details.
BN Style had a brief chat with the designer of the eponymous label and she explained that the “inspirations came from a number of sources primarily found in the constructs of nature.”
My Verdict
There really isn’t a need for my verdict here because as you can probably tell, I loved everything. Check it out.
