RIP Father U Turn! 90s Musical Star Dies at 36

BellaNaija Music has gotten a release that 90s musician Olufemi Mayomi, popularly known as Father U Turn is dead.
The dancehall artiste died yesterday Sunday 17th November 2013 in Lagos, after his battle with a liver related illness. He was 36 years old.
He was from Kabba-Bunu, Kogi. He first started his entertainment career, while working as a radio and TV presenter. He had a brief stint at NTA Lagos.
His fans may remember him for songs like “Apoola Berekete” and “Yetunde” featuring Pasuma Wonder.
A family member reveals that he had been in and out of the hospital for many weeks. He had been on admission at an Okokomaiko hospital for 10 days before he passed on.
He is survived by his wife Ajimoh, 5 children as well as his siblings.
