Right now, we are putting the spotlight on Nollywood superstar Rita Dominic‘s red carpet looks in just 24 hours. She was spotted at the Butterscotch Evenings show on Saturday in Lagos and the 2013 AFRIFF Opening Night on Sunday in Calabar.

Day 1
Saturday 9th November 2013 – “Butterscotch Evenings: The Next Level” show at the Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos

On Saturday, Rita Dominic joined a long list of celebs who graced the red carpet at the Butterscotch Evenings: The Next Level show at the Eko Convention Centre, Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Rita opted a simple-yet-chic all black androgynous look for the night.

She chose a sleeveless top and styled it with black pants, a gold belt to accentuate her waist, black strap heels, a black-and-gold cuff and a black-and-gold clutch.

Rocking her favourite afro hairstyle, she finished the look with gold stud earrings, a gold cocktail ring, and neutral lipstick.

Day 2
Sunday 10th November 2013 – The 2013 Africa International Film Festival Opening Night at FilmHouse Lakes Side, Tinapa, Calabar

The Goodwill Ambassador for the film festival, chose an uber feminine look for the opening night.

We knew there was a fashion moment cooking up when Rita was spotted at the GTBank LFDW presentation of eponymous label Lanre DaSilva Ajayi. So we were not surprised that she selected a look from the Spring 2014 collection.

She chose a sequined print top with a dramatic peplum detail and print shorts. Her choice of shorts instead of the pencil skirt displayed, was a sure delight as it shows she implemented her personal style to the look.

For styling, she opted for silver earrings, a silver ring, a black clutch and black pumps. Smokey eyes, light pink lipstick and her afro, completed the look.
