BN Wedding Décor: Solape & Pelede’s Beautiful Butterfly Themed Wedding
It’s our first BN Wedding Decor post of the year and we are super excited!
We introduced this feature in 2013 – to highlight amazing wedding event decor just for your inspiration. Today we’re proud to present Solape and Pelede‘s beautiful butterfly themed wedding.
For the white wedding, the couple kept it pretty in pink – the bride wanted soft flowery romantic decor and she got it! Sequin table covers, lush centerpieces and dripping crystals.
The couple also infused butterflies into their traditional wedding in the aso-oke they wore before changing into their Ijaw attire, as well as the red, orange and yellow tones in elements of the trad decor – ankara table cloths, fanned napkins and more, colors found in the common Jezebel butterfly – Delias eucharis.
