Ruth Osime celebrates her 50th with a GRAND Affair in Lagos
With Ruth Osime, 50 is the new 30.
On Saturday 8th February 2014, the creative editor at ThisDay Style celebrated her 50th in the company of good friends, family and her beau Sonnie Ayere.
Ruth looked regal as she arrived at the scene draped in a white dress. The dress with Avant-garde shoulder pads and a silver jeweled belt, was accessorized with silver hoop earrings, a silver wrist watch, a diamond cocktail ring and a diamond bracelet.
Rocking her short hairstyle, she finished the look with smokey eyes and pink lipstick.
Ruth walked into an elegantly decorated scene which was designed by Ngozi Akintujoye and Omorinsola Arodundade of Perfect Coordinators. The duo also designed Peter and Lola Okoye‘s traditional wedding as well as Naeto C‘s wedding.
As expected the guest list was filled with high flyers and corporate execs. They include Sonnie Ayere, Governor Babatunde Fashola, Dame Abimbola Fashola, Governor Rotimi Amaechi, Betty and Soni Irabor, Mo Abudu, Reze Bonna, Elohor and Owen Aisien, Lanre DaSilva Ajayi, Nkiru Anumudu, Obioma Liyel Imoke, Ita Giwa, Folake Folarin-Coker and Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan.
Later in the evening, Ruth changed into a black dress with a gold brick detail and black bow on the back. She boogied down with her friends.
