Nigerian Actors, Musicians & Activists Stage #RescueTheGirls Walk in Lagos – Video

Yesterday Monday 12th May 2014, Nigerian musicians, actors and activists staged a #RescueTheGirls walk in Lagos.

They include Femi Kuti, Jide Kosoko, Joey Okei-Odumakin, Iyabo Ojo, Ayo Badmus, Doris Simeon and Foluke Daramola. They walked to the Lagos State Government secretariat in Ikeja, Lagos.

At the secretariat, Governor Fashola spoke to the protesters saying, “It’s a difficult time for the nation…but also a defining moment.”
