Sherri Shepherd’s Hubby Files for Separation, Seeks Custody of Unborn Son

Co-host of ABC’s The View Sherri Shepherd is having major relationship drama.

Her husband Lamar Sally who she wed in August 2011 in Chicago, has filed for legal separation and is seeking custody of their unborn child.

In June 2013, Sherri revealed that she found a surrogate so she and Lamar can have a child together.

The papers reveal the pair are expecting a boy on July 28, who will be named Lamar Sally Jr., and that he wants full legal and physical custody of the child.

Sally is also requesting that Sherri only gets “reasonable” visitation rights and an order that she will not interfere with the baby being given to him when he is born.

He is also asking for spousal support and for Sherri to pay his attorney fees.
