A month ago, Aminu Sadik Ogwuche, the man who allegedly orchestrated the April 14th Nyanya bombings that claimed over 74 lives, escaped to Sudan. However, he was subsequently arrested following an international red alert issued by Interpol.

And now, the Sudanese government is reportedly refusing to cooperate with Nigerian officials in their effort to extradite Ogwuche, Vanguard reports.

Reports state that one of the reasons for Sudan’s refusal to cooperate may be because the country’s president, Omar al-Bashir, has no bilateral agreement with any country in the world on extradition of criminals.
