“There are no Nigerians under Ebola Surveillance” – Health Minister

Liberia Battles Spreading Ebola Epidemic

According to health minister, Onyebuchi Chukwu, Nigeria is officially Ebola-free.

He made the announcement while speaking at the UN General Assembly in New York, Punch reports. Chukwu reportedly stated that the 25 remaining suspects who were under surveillance in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, have been discharged and “certified free of EVD,”after completing the 21-day observation period.
