“There are lots of chicks out there” : This was the note an unhappy Washington-based ex boyfriend sent to his former lover via mail. In addition to the note, he sent her 15 live baby chickens in a box, NY Daily News reports.

When the postman delivered the package to the woman, she threatened to throw the birds in the thrash. However, the postman discouraged her from doing that, and delivered them to an animal sanctuary.
