Would You Sue Your Child’s Father for Changing Her Natural Hair? Halle Berry Is!

It looks like Halle Berry and her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry have moved on from fighting about child support to the state of their 6-year-old Nahla‘s hair!

The actress is fighting back for her daughter’s right to wear her hair natural and has taken Gabriel to court to have the issue judged.This is reportedly following an incident where Gabriel straightened and highlighted Nahla’s naturally curly hair, with Halle’s claims stating that he is trying to make her look “white“.

TMZ reports that Halle believes Gabriel doesn’t want his daughter looking African-American. The court has reportedly commented that neither parent has the right to dictate or change their daughter’s hair from its natural state without that child’s permission.

We are guessing if Nahla has had her hair curly for this long, chances are she is going to want to leave it that way.
