Bimpe Onakoya creates Stunning 1950s Makeup Look as Maybelline Marks 100 at Centenary Celebrations

Friday 14th May marked the first centennial celebrations of Maybelline New York which lead to a fab celebration at the IAC building in New York.

At the event, the beauty brand brought together 10 of its creative directors worldwide including its global makeup artist Yadim Carranza and Creative Director for Maybelline New York Nigeria – makeup artist Bimpe Onakoya to recreate 10 decades of global beauty excellence through a conceptualization of 10 unique looks with each one drawing inspiration from specific eras over the last 100 years.

For the celebrations, Bimpe created a stunning 1950s Bombshell Glamour look on American model – Jasmine Saunders.
